Huge shout out to Mike our server! We came in looking for a quick bite to eat before a wedding rehearsal and were on a tight timeline. After being seated by the hostess, we waited 10 minutes and no server came by. We flagged Mike down and he rescued our experience because we were about to leave and go else where. He took our order and helped the kitchen staff prioritize it so we weren't late. The food was also delicious! We have been to a True Food Kitchen in a different city and the kitchen staff definitely delivered here. Thanks Mike for saving the day!

We went here for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. It's cute inside, very clean. Servers are friendly. Food was yummy. We got a kale salad and mushroom pizza to split. I also got a Moscow mule, but that didn't taste great. Everything else was amazing.

I get food from here all of the time. I have Celiac Disease and they have so many gluten free options plus you can really tell how safe they are with preparing the food separately and marking the food with GF labels for the to-go orders. I haven't had a bad experience with their food prep and would say they're a trustworthy option if you get nervous about ordering GF food from restaurants like me. Their service is really good and the people who work there are really nice. I decided to write this review because the staff deserves their flowers and I wanted to let them know I appreciate them!

Had a phenomenal meal at True Food today. Thank you to Aaron, our incredible server for taking care of us! He's the best of the best! The way he laid out the asparagus on the veggie platter

Yelp Review 2024 #75 I've been coming to this True Food Kitchen location for several years. It's one of my favorite restaurants in Downtown Summerlin and has been one of the few that has stayed open for over 4 years. And I hope they stick around for more years to come. Edamame Dumplings: Dumplings with white truffle oil, dashi, and thai basil. This is my favorite item on the menu. We would get this as a shareable appetizer and I would order another one as my entree and eat it with a side of chicken. The dumpling is soft and not heavy or doughy. The mashed edamame filling is nice. The broth with truffle oil is remarkably delicious. 5/5 Guacamole: Avocado, lime, edamame, pistachio pesto, with house-made baked tortilla chips. A nice twist to good ol' guacamole and chips. The chips are grainy and lightly salted but pleasant. 4/5 Tuna Lettuce Cups: Bibb lettuce, wild-caught tuna, tataki rice, pineapple relish, chili garlic crunch. Light, refreshing and crunchy. A nice healthier option if you like crunchy food without it being fried. 4/5 Korean Noodle Bowl: Noodles with soy sauce, mushrooms, carrots, cilantro, lots of green onions, sesame seeds. I was not a fan of this dish. The soy sauce plus all the green onions are too much that you can't taste anything else. Which is probably why it's no longer on the menu. 2/5 Pizza: Ancient Grain Bowl: Miso sesame glazed sweet potato, charred onions, snap peas, portobello, avocado, organic grains, pistachio pesto, hemp seeds, and turmeric. You can add your choice of protein (salmon, steak, chicken, smoked tempeh, tofu, or shrimp). A nice way to get your fruit and veggies in. It's a very colorful dish with lots of different textures. 4/5 Matcha Horchata: Matcha, vanilla, and oat milk. A nice combination of two of my favorite drinks. The only sad thing is it comes in a small glass. 4/5 If you want something healthier whether you're a carnivore, vegetarian, vegan or what have you or if you have a group with different dietary preferences - True Food Kitchen is the place to be. It's quite a big restaurant with lots of tables without being cramped. They take reservations and my other favorite is the service - all of our servers over the years have been fantastic.
